Reading (Action, Spy Novels), Films (particularly Western), Fishing, Camping and Coruba Rum! What was his idea of heaven? I think it was probably one of his deep sea diving trips, or trips to the Coromandel to go whitebaiting with his father (my poppa) Max. His idea of hell? Not sure - probably stock take at the store each year... Favourite junk food? Scorched Almonds - definitely! What would his perfect holiday be? Dad used to love the outdoors... so probably a camping or fishing trip, loads of sunshine (although he'd be covered head to toe with sun block as he always had very senstive skin, a good Wilbur Smith and a Rum and Coke. |
