We normally have this at Christmas time, but it's so easy to make, why not have it all year 'round!


Ingredients:


1/2 pint fresh cream
1 L unsweetened yoghurt
icing sugar
vanilla essence
1 pkt marshmallows
1-2 punnets fresh strawberries

Procedure:


1. Wash and prepare strawberries, cutting the larger ones in half.
2. Whip cream with icing sugar and vanilla essence to taste.
3. Half Marshmallows
4. Add the cream and yoghurt together to taste. The mix should be creamy with a tang.
5. Add the strawberries and marshmallows to the mix.
6. Chill in the refridgerator and serve cold. YUM!

Serving Size:

4-6 people (depending on the size of the servings!)
